Cabot Corporation is seeking a front desk Receptionist to join the team at the headquarters Boston, MA location. This critical role represents our team and serves as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, catering services, etc. visiting our busy office from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additionally, this person ensures the efficient flow of delivery receipt, visitor processing, and event support.
This individual’s role will include supporting day-to-day operations, greeting guests and vendors when they arrive on-site, explaining how to navigate our office, managing our incoming and outgoing mail, delivering packages. As well as stocking the kitchen and maintaining weekly supply inventory.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, resourceful, and proactive in managing a wide range of administrative and front-desk responsibilities.
