The Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing & Product Management is managing the execution of marketing and product management for the Inkjet Business, driving Product portfolios and roadmaps, supporting customer-centric product development, and driving market analysis and growth. This role ensures the inkjet portfolio meets evolving customer needs, maintains competitive differentiation, and delivers sustainable business performance through effective go-to-market strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and deep market insight.
Strategic Leadership
• Define and drive the long-term marketing and product strategy for the inkjet business in alignment with corporate goals.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across markets, segments, and technologies.
• Lead strategic planning processes including market sizing, competitive positioning, and portfolio optimization.
• Evaluation of partnerships, alliances, or acquisitions that could enhance the inkjet portfolio.
Product Lifecycle Management
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and technology evolution.
• Ensure timely and successful product launches, including pricing, positioning, and channel readiness.
• Supports the demand planning and S&OP process.
• Collaborates with broader team on new Product Development and market placement ensuring alignment with market demand.
Market and Customer Insight
• Lead market intelligence efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies for product development and marketing.
• Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.
• Develops an understanding of OEM and end user needs and use cases.
Go-to-Market Execution
• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with sales and channel partner to ensure alignment and execution.
• Key contributor to stage gate process including support improvements.
• Monitor performance and adjust tactics to optimize market penetration and revenue growth.
Brand and Communications
• Strengthen the inkjet brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
• Enhance brand visibility in support of finding new opportunities
Financial and Business Performance
• Set and manage budgets for marketing and product management activities.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, margin, market share, and ROI.
• Drive profitability through effective portfolio management and pricing strategies.

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios and launching new products globally.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with inkjet technologies, digital printing markets, or adjacent industries is a strong plus.
