Cabot is seeking a talented engineer to join as a Sr. Process R&D Engineer in the Advanced Carbons team. Our product is a best-in-class conductive carbon nanomaterial, that has a range of applications including plastic composites and batteries. Carbon Nanostructures (CNS) are produced in a unique roll-to-roll process with significant opportunity for innovative technology development to improve production efficiency and scale up, increase sustainability, and new product development. This role will be in Billerica, MA, Cabot’s primary R&D facility and support commissioning and initial operations of new production facilities.

Cabot Corporation has an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Reliability Engineer to support our Franklin, Louisiana plant. The Engineer will investigate equipment problems and failures to find root causes and implement recommendations for equipment modifications and upgrades to improve plant performance and reliability.
This role has overall responsibility for the site electrical integrity program, including management of the equipment inspection, knowledge in various voltages (37.5K, 4750V, 480V, 120/240V and 24V), testing program, performing equipment "end of life" assessments, and making recommendations for electrical grid, instrumentation repairs and replacements.
