This role is responsible for the technical oversight of carbon black production units through the support of operator teams, process improvements, and projects that improve product quality, optimize production capacity, ensure equipment reliability, provide capital improvements, integrate new technology and practices, and optimize overall performance.
The Process Engineer will work on-site at the Pampa, TX plant and is relocation eligible, as appropriate.

Cabot Corporation has an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Reliability Engineer to support our Franklin, Louisiana plant. The Engineer will investigate equipment problems and failures to find root causes and implement recommendations for equipment modifications and upgrades to improve plant performance and reliability.
This role has overall responsibility for the site electrical integrity program, including management of the equipment inspection, knowledge in various voltages (37.5K, 4750V, 480V, 120/240V and 24V), testing program, performing equipment "end of life" assessments, and making recommendations for electrical grid, instrumentation repairs and replacements.
