The Global Marketing Manager responsible for the go-to-marketing strategy, and overall program management and execution of Engineered Elastomer Composites (E2C™) Solutions product lines. The position will investigate and assess new markets for potential new business development in the Commercial Transport segment in collaboration with the Technology, Business Development and Commercialization teams.

Cabot Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Director of Internal Audit to lead its global Internal Audit Function providing assurance services across Cabot’s global network of offices, business service centers, plants, and R&D locations.
The IA Director will report functionally to the chair of Audit Committee of the Board and administratively to the company’s CFO as well as working with upper management to deliver a world class audit function for the company. The team of direct reports include the Manager of Internal Audit and a team of five professional full time audit staff members.
Main responsibilities include planning and managing SOX compliance audits, IT audits for ITGCs, ITACs and IT projects, as well as operational and special purpose audits in support of Cabot’s businesses and functions. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced audit professional to manage the audit function in alignment with Cabot’s risk profile and business strategies.
This role is based at the Boston, MA, location, but is eligible to participate in Cabot’s Flexible Working Arrangement program on a hybrid basis. Relocation assistance provided, as appropriate.

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to join the Global Marketing & Strategy organization. The Market Intelligence Analyst provides broad and complex market data analysis using Excel and data visualization tools (PowerBI) for management globally within the Reinforcement Materials business segment. This role ensures that relevant information is being gathered, critically analyzed, communicated, and used to develop key conclusions to inform the development of business initiatives.
The Market Intelligence Analyst is an ideal role for a candidate interested in working with cross-functional global teams, enjoys data analytics, and willing to learn new markets.
This role is eligible to follow the current Flexible Working Arrangement/hybrid model and can be based in one of Cabot’s offices in the United States (Boston, MA, Billerica, MA, or Alpharetta, GA) or offices in EMEA (Riga, Latvia or Schaffhausen, Switzerland).
The Regional Director, Manufacturing (RDM) has direct oversight and is accountable for the three Reinforcement Materials (RM) plants in the North America region and has indirect oversight for the remaining 5 Cabot plants, operating in other business segments, in the region. As it relates to the RM business, the RDM is responsible for the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies which are aligned with global RM manufacturing strategies as well as for the setting and delivery of operational budgets of the RM plants.
The RDM for North America is accountable for the strategy and execution of all manufacturing activities including workforce management, budget and cost management, Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance, and efficient capital deployment across Reinforcement Materials’ three production facilities (Franklin, LA, Ville Platte, LA, Sarnia, Ontario Canada). Across the broader Cabot North American manufacturing network, the RDM will lead the development and implementation of regional cross-functional plans, engage as the regional liaison to all businesses segments operating within the region, ensure the adoption of best practices, alignment to broader Cabot operating principles, and will facilitate the development and movement of talent across the Cabot portfolio of businesses.
The RDM will have a direct reporting relationship to the VP of Global Manufacturing for the RM segment.
Participates in the implementation of marketing programs across Cabot businesses to promote and support growth of Cabot’s products and services, through the planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns across Cabot’s customer engagement channels.
